Do a Great 8 Minute Tae Bo Workout !

The 8 minute Tae Bo workout is a fun and easy way for anyone looking for a fast, super-charged way to get pumped up and stay in shape. Tae Bo is a fun combination of martial arts kicks (tae-kwon-doe) and punch boxing with a bit of dancing thrown in the mix. Who knew you could have so much fun losing weight and getting in shape? The Tae Bo 8 minute workout is sold with a four DVD set along with the Tae Bo instructional workout, Tae Bo basic workout, and the Tae Bo advanced workout. This incredible exercise video is a shorter, intermediate version of the other three videos in the set. This 8 minute workout is great for people who don’t have time for the full workout.

The 8 minute challenge includes about a 3 minute warm up, an 8 minute “mini” version of the moves learned from the advanced tape at a rapid pace to get your heart rate pumping, and lastly, a 3 minute cool down with tai chi. So, technically the entire length of the video is actually 14 minutes long.
This workout is excellent for those who are constantly on the go or live a busy lifestyle and don’t have time for the Basic, which is 27 minutes long or Advanced Tae Bo workout, which is 57 minutes long. However, because it uses fast-paced moves from the Advanced video, it is recommended to do the Advanced, beforehand and familiarize yourself with the moves.
